About us

Layag Collective is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation based in Parañaque City. Its current advocacies include community development by providing alternative programs aimed at addressing national and local issues in adherence to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations.

Layag Collective was founded in 2025 by progressive-minded individuals whose overarching goal and vision are to provide community-based responses and projects aimed at addressing fundamental and societal issues, such as poverty, hunger, and education. It is originally composed of 15 personnel and is growing. Together with the member’s experiences in the 2025 national and local elections, Layag also aims to foster and build local communities by strengthening and pushing for each community's advocacies by addressing shortages and issues at hand.
